This February, Mazars, retracted the financial statements.

Mazars, the Trump Org's accounting firm, cut ties with Donald Trump and his businesses ... and could no longer stand behind a decade of annual statements that it prepared for the Trump Org.

That's a major red flag. It means 3 things:

1. Mazars feels like they were lied to by the Trump Org about their financials.

2. Limiting their potential liability.

3. Mazars is fully cooperating with New York.
